World Marketplace Mainnet

After months of hard work and dedication, the World team is proud to announce that the World Marketplace Mainnet is up and ready for deployment on worldtoken.network. On the platform, anyone from around the globe can buy and sell digital items such as NFTs, games, services, books, comics, collectibles, gift cards, music and more, all secured by smart contracts.

The only phase remaining is the audit of our marketplace, which depends on the pace of our partner firms. The team will keep the $WORLD community updated on the progress of our platform’s audit.

With this, we would like to officially welcome all our merchants of different niches that have been on-boarded and are ready to set up shop once the World Marketplace goes live. The World team and community are more than excited to see what you guys have to share with the world!

The team is also excited for a smooth launch as a polished marketplace will definitely attract more merchants along the way, especially those merchants that have expressed interest in setting up shop after our mainnet goes live.

Of course the work does not stop here. The World developer team is, as you are reading this article, already doing the legwork to build the World Marketplace V2 — which features a layer 2 system, vendor bond system, subscription based services, and more.
